Our New Focus:
We have decided to extend our focus beyond individual events like Run Across KY and develop into more of an introductory running, walking, and healthier living group. We have started a modest group of people who get together to exercise. We are using Facebook for daily communication. Currently, we try to meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. We welcome anyone who would like to join us. Our current regulars are Amy, Kevin, Brittany, Alex, Heather, Paula, Adam, Robyn, and Micheal. We also have other people who join us as their schedule permits. Contact us through email or Facebook to get our schedule.
